Partner Implementation Project Specialist (Remote)
Location: India (Remote)
Compensation: INR – 180,000 month
Contract: 8-month term with strong potential for extension
Schedule: Full-time | Flexible hours (must be able to attend meetings across multiple time zones)
Overview:
We’re looking for an Associate Program Implementation Manager to join the Partner Success team supporting global university and industry partners. This person will play a key role in managing the launch of new programs and ensuring seamless delivery from start to finish. The ideal candidate has a consulting or client-facing background, strong stakeholder management skills, and a track record of supporting process improvements across global projects.
This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident presenting to executive-level stakeholders. It’s a client-facing, metrics-driven position that demands both strong communication and project ownership from end to end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with key university and industry partners, ensuring on-time, high-quality program and course launches
- Support full project lifecycle — from planning through implementation and delivery — while tracking KPIs and progress metrics
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Design, Marketing, Engineering, Business, Legal, etc.) to align project goals
- Analyze data and performance metrics (via Looker or similar tools) to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiency
- Lead and present program updates to stakeholders and executive audiences with confidence and clarity
- Support global partners with the flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones
- Contribute to internal process optimization and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Must Have Qualifications:
- 3–8 years of relevant experience consulting, project/ program management and implementation
- MUST HAVE STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS in English – both written and verbal
- Prior experience in consulting or implementation roles for global or enterprise clients
- Hands-on experience using Looker (or similar BI tools) for tracking KPIs and performance metrics
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira (or similar), and GSuite
- Background in consulting or client-facing roles with strong stakeholder management and presentation experience
- Proven ability to support process improvements and implement new workflows
- Experience supporting projects for global organizations
- Strong communication and executive presence; confident presenting to internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in consulting or implementation roles for global or enterprise clients
- Familiarity with project management tools and frameworks
- Experience in data-driven decision making and partner success enablement
