Paid Media Specialist (Contract)

In this role, you'll join the Paid and Platform department. Stepping into a hands-on, high-visibility position responsible for leading full-funnel paid media campaigns across the region. This is a rare opportunity to work with the EMEA Digital Marketing team working across multiple languages, cultures, and industries—bringing our company's groundbreaking technology to new audiences across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and optimize campaigns on various channels like Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and programmatic platforms—ensuring solid return on investment and regional alignment.
  • Collaborate with the integrated digital marketing and regional campaign teams to build, optimize and report on audience-first, full-funnel campaign strategies for enterprise products and events.
  • Provide strategic direction to campaign managers, translating campaign insights into clear recommendations that drive lead generation, event attendance, and partner activity.
  • Leverage platforms like SEMRush and 6sense for keyword research, audience insights, and ABM strategy refinement.
  • Coordinate the development and maintenance of target personas and custom audience segments across digital platforms.
  • Work with our agency of record and account reps to ensure flawless execution, continuous optimization, and adherence to best practice guidelines.

 

What we need to see

  • 5+ years in digital advertising on either agency or client side, leading international B2B campaigns.
  • Validated proficiency in end-to-end paid media strategy encompassing SEM, paid social, ABM, retargeting, and display.
  • Proven efficiency in orchestrating multi-market initiatives throughout the EMEA region, recognizing cultural, linguistic, and behavioral subtleties.
  • Strong analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign and analytics platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Adobe Analytics, 6sense, and SEMRush.
  • Direct media buys experience across platforms like TechTarget, IDG, and Stack Overflow.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with digital conversion tracking implementation and lead lifecycle understanding.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional European languages (German, French) are a strong advantage.


Ways to stand out from the crowd

  • Track record of driving measurable full funnel campaigns across B2B and driving Conference attendance in the tech space.
  • Experience delivering ABM strategies with platforms such as 6sense.
  • Certifications in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing Labs).
  • A passion for technologies like AI, robotics, autonomous vehicles, and accelerated computing.
  • Familiarity with AI technology ecosystems and the industries it serves
  • Partner with analytics teams to implement conversion tracking, measure performance, and deliver post-campaign reporting and lead funnel analysis.
