Payrate: $60–$70/hr (up to $75/hr for exceptional experience)

Location: Remote (San Francisco Bay Area preferred)

Duration: 3-4 month assignment, Potential to Convert

  • Type: Contract role through end of year (with potential conversion)



Are you a seasoned recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments? We’re seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join on a contract basis through the end of the year, with the potential to convert. This is a chance to make an immediate impact by helping scale a rapidly growing organization in the tech and digital space.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions, with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align on compensation, role expectations, and hiring needs.
  • Build and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent quickly.
  • Create and utilize structured interview processes and scorecards to drive consistency and fairness in hiring.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic, high-attrition environment and help build sustainable talent pipelines.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (mix of in-house and agency strongly preferred).
  • Proven success supporting hyper-growth companies or start-ups; comfortable working in environments where things move quickly.
  • Strong collaboration skills with HR, hiring managers, and leadership.
  • Experience implementing structured recruiting processes, scorecards, and data-driven approaches.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to handle high-volume hiring.
  • Preference for candidates with backgrounds outside of large, established tech firms—we’re seeking those who understand lean, agile hiring models.
