Clinical Program Manager

Pay Rate: $41.92–$54.48/hour

Duration: 12-Month Assignment

Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Location: San Diego, CA


Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Program Management professional to support clinical operations activities, study deliverables, documentation, data review, and cross-functional coordination.


In this role, you will partner with clinical teams, vendors, sites, and internal stakeholders to help maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical work. The ideal candidate has experience supporting clinical processes, study coordination, documentation, and operational activities within established quality and regulatory expectations.


What You'll Do

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical activities and deliverables
  • Maintain study-related records, trackers, timelines, meeting materials, and documentation in accordance with established processes
  • Coordinate information, communications, and follow-up with clinical teams, vendors, sites, and internal stakeholders
  • Review study documents, data, reports, and operational materials for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Track issues, action items, risks, and potential delays, and communicate relevant updates to appropriate stakeholders
  • Support process updates, training coordination, and documentation needed to maintain clinical readiness
  • Participate in cross-functional clinical meetings and contribute to status updates and follow-up activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and efforts to strengthen clinical processes


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a related scientific, healthcare, business, or technical field, or equivalent education and experience
  • Typically 2+ years of relevant experience supporting functional projects, processes, analysis, documentation, or operations
  • Knowledge of clinical processes, documentation practices, and study coordination
  • Familiarity with applicable quality or regulatory expectations
  • Ability to manage timelines, records, data, and stakeholder follow-up with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow established procedures
  • Sound judgment and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
