W2 Contract to Possible Hire

$63-80/hr


The Senior Benefits Manager is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing global employee benefits programs that support the company’s strategy, culture, and growth. This role combines deep technical expertise in benefits with a forward-looking, strategic mindset to ensure offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives across multiple regions.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategy & Design: Develop and execute a global benefits strategy that attracts and retains top talent, balances cost and value, and reflects local market practices. Partner with leadership to align benefits with overall people and business strategy.
  • Global Program Management: Lead the evaluation, design, and administration of health, retirement, wellness, and ancillary benefits across multiple countries. Ensure programs are compliant, scalable, and meet the diverse needs of employees.
  • Vendor & Broker Partnerships: Manage relationships with global and regional benefits providers, brokers, and consultants to optimize service delivery, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.
  • Analytics & Insights: Use data to evaluate program effectiveness, identify trends, and make recommendations that improve employee experience and financial sustainability.
  • Employee Experience & Communication: Develop clear communication strategies to help employees understand and maximize their benefits. Serve as a trusted advisor to HRBPs, managers, and employees on benefits matters.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and HR Operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution. Provide thought leadership on emerging benefits trends and innovations.
