Join a high-growth, market-leading technology organization as a Sales Recruiter (Contract), where you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling a North American Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This is not a traditional recruiting role—you’ll operate as a strategic talent advisor, directly influencing revenue growth by building world-class sales teams.

This is a 6-month assignment ideal for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments and can quickly ramp to deliver results.

What You’ll Do

Drive Full-Cycle GTM Recruiting Excellence

• Own end-to-end recruitment for complex Sales and Pre-Sales roles, including Account Executives (AEs) and Solutions Engineers (SEs)
• Define success profiles and lead structured, skills-based interview processes
• Manage and close offers involving OTE, accelerators, and equity components

Act as a Strategic Talent Advisor

• Partner with Sales leadership (Senior Manager through VP level) to align hiring with business goals
• Use data, market insights, and funnel analytics to guide hiring strategies and decisions
• Influence workforce planning and hiring outcomes to support revenue targets

Build High-Impact Talent Pipelines

• Proactively source and engage passive candidates using creative, non-traditional strategies
• Leverage LinkedIn, talent communities, and market mapping to identify “best in market” talent

Navigate Complex Hiring Strategies

• Balance hiring velocity with budget considerations across multiple U.S. markets
• Support geo-based hiring strategies to optimize talent distribution and cost

Operate with Precision & Efficiency

• Utilize ATS systems, AI-driven matching tools, and recruiting analytics
• Track funnel health, conversion rates, and hiring timelines
• Ensure compliance with regional SLAs in a fully remote environment

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, including 4+ years in full-cycle Sales/GTM recruiting within SaaS or enterprise tech
• Proven success hiring quota-carrying roles (AEs, Strategic Sales) and Pre-Sales/SE talent
• Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders (Director–VP level)
• Deep understanding of sales compensation structures (OTE, accelerators, equity/RSUs)
• Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting analytics to influence outcomes
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote, multi-time-zone environment

• Strong sense of urgency and ability to operate at high velocity
• Creative sourcing expertise with a track record of engaging passive talent
• Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations
