Technical Project Manager – GTM Systems (B2B SaaS) Remote

Remote (Must work PST)

$60/hr

6 month contract (Potential to extend)

Part-Time – M-F, 20 hours/week (7:30am–11:30am PST)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, process-driven Technical Project Manager (B2B/SaaS) to join our fast-growing B2B SaaS organization.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind the evolution of our Go-to-Market (GTM) tech stack and the optimization of key processes that power our revenue engine. You’ll lead high-impact, systems-based projects — from new tool implementations and integrations to major CRM enhancements. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, you’ll ensure that our systems and processes are scalable, efficient, and built to support continued growth.

 

Responsibilities 


  • GTM Systems & Technology Projects: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across our revenue technology stack (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, PRM, Gainsight, NetSuite, Loopio). Manage new software implementations, feature enhancements, and complex systems integrations.
  • Process Architecture & Optimization: Identify, document, and re-engineer key revenue processes to reduce friction and improve operational efficiency. Maintain detailed current- and future-state process documentation to guide system design.
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee all phases of RevOps projects — defining scope, creating detailed work plans, managing timelines, identifying risks, and ensuring deliverables meet business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leaders and end users across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure successful system adoption.
  • Data & Analytics Enablement: Collaborate with BI and analytics teams to ensure systems capture accurate data for reporting, dashboards, and executive decision-making.
  • Change Management & Adoption: Develop and execute change management plans to drive successful user adoption of new systems and processes. Create training materials, lead user sessions, and communicate updates clearly across teams.

 

Qualifications


  • 3+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of leading technology projects in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Must have experience driving technical projects end-to-end.
  • Hands-on experience with B2B SaaS GTM (Go-to-Market) tech stack.
  • Strong, practical expertise with Salesforce.
  • Proven experience managing projects across revenue technology tools (specifically Salesforce, CPQ, PRM, and NetSuite).
  • Experience with Looker for reporting and dashboard development.
  • Solid understanding of B2B revenue bookings, revenue recognition, and customer success processes, and how they are enabled by technology.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills — must be comfortable with daily and weekly meetings across teams.
  • Must be available 7:30am–11:30am PST for scheduled calls and stakeholder communication.
  • Bonus: Experience with Jira or Confluence.
  • Bonus: Salesforce Administrator or PMP/Agile certification.
  • Bonus: Prior experience supporting data and analytics enablement for revenue reporting and dashboards.
