What You'll Do:

• Support and contribute to key project workstreams from planning through successful execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project alignment and delivery
• Provide analytical support and assist with functional problem-solving initiatives
• Track and monitor project milestones, risks, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist in preparing insightful updates and reporting for internal stakeholders and leadership
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support overall program success
• Learn and adapt quickly in fast-moving environments while maintaining quality standards
• Help bridge analytical insights with strategic business objectives across multiple projects

What You Bring:

• 3–12 years of professional experience in project analysis, business analysis, or operations
• Strong organizational abilities and emerging stakeholder management skills
• Basic understanding of project methodologies and eagerness to deepen expertise
• Excellent communication skills and natural adaptability in dynamic environments
• Collaborative mindset with ability to support workstreams while learning independently
• Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• NYC local residency and availability for 3+ days onsite weekly

• Interest in or exposure to media/entertainment industry
• Experience with data analysis tools or project management software
• Background supporting strategic initiatives or transformation projects
• Educational background in business, analytics, or related fields
