Title: Mobile Game Development Producer (Contract)

Payrate: $89/hour

Duration: 8-month assignment

Hours: Full-time

Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid)

Summary:

Do you have a sharp eye for what makes a mobile game great and the data chops to prove it? We're looking for a Producer to join a fast-moving, family-friendly subscription gaming service, partnering directly with top game studios to guide improvements across a growing catalog of hit titles.

You'll be the face of the platform for our developer partners, someone who blends strong game design instincts with a data-driven mindset, and who thrives on juggling multiple titles, competing priorities, and tight timelines without losing sight of the relationships that make it all work. If you love games, understand what makes players stick around, and want to help bring great experiences to life, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner directly with top game development studios to guide game improvements across multiple titles
  • Gather insights from internal teams to help developers optimize early player experience and onboarding
  • Balance competing priorities and shifting schedules while maintaining operational consistency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Bring a data-driven, design-savvy perspective to every collaboration

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management or a game design-adjacent role in the mobile games space
  • Proven track record of data-backed game design decision-making
  • Deep familiarity with the game development process, including releasing and maintaining products on the App Store
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to move between technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong desktop computer skills and familiarity with standard project management tools (e.g., Excel, Airtable, Quip, Keynote)

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Hands-on experience with game design features, especially player onboarding flows
  • Uncompromising attention to detail and the ability to track multiple priorities across disparate sources of information
  • A genuine passion for playing and evaluating games, mobile games in particular
  • Extraordinary interpersonal skills — thrive in highly collaborative projects and easily build consensus across creative and business partners
  • Strong personal management skills, with the ability to chase down ambiguity and define solutions as problems arise
