Job Title: Creative Production Manager – AV Marketing Campaigns
Payrate: $85/hr

Duration: 5-month assignment
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Creative Production Manager to lead the execution and delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns across a premium entertainment portfolio. In this role, you will partner closely with creative leadership to drive campaign development from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and asset production are executed with precision.
This is a highly visible, cross-functional role requiring a strong operator who can balance creative vision with operational rigor. You will oversee complex campaign workflows across multiple formats, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners while delivering best-in-class creative output.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution, managing timelines, asset tracking, and cross-functional communication
- Partner with creative and marketing teams to define campaign scope, asset requirements, and delivery milestones
- Own and manage campaign budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis
- Oversee production across all marketing formats, including trailers, TV spots, social content, digital, paid media, and international deliverables
- Collaborate with creative and post-production teams to prioritize assets and manage finishing workflows
- Identify and resolve production challenges proactively, ensuring campaigns stay on track
- Manage agency and vendor relationships, including onboarding, project oversight, and financial management
- Provide clear visibility into campaign performance, timelines, and budget status to stakeholders
- Act as a strategic partner to creative leadership, aligning production execution with broader campaign goals
- Escalate risks, blockers, and key decisions to leadership to ensure alignment and accountability
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in creative production, marketing operations, or project management within entertainment, media, or agency environments
- Strong experience managing end-to-end creative campaigns across video, social, digital, and paid media
- Deep understanding of post-production workflows for trailers and short-form content
- Proven ability to manage large-scale campaigns, budgets, and tight timelines in fast-paced environments
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
- Experience managing asset lifecycles from concept through delivery
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency with workflow and tracking tools such as Airtable, Excel, or similar platforms

- Experience working on high-profile entertainment or streaming campaigns
- Experience managing global or international campaign deliverables
- Experience building or optimizing production workflows and systems
- Strong understanding of the intersection between creative strategy and operational execution
