Title: Digital Asset Manager
Payrate: $48/hour
Duration: 3-month assignment
Start Date: January 2026
Location: Remote (PST time zone - Local to Cupertino, CA preferred)
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Asset Manager to support high-volume creative content production for a global digital marketplace serving hundreds of millions of customers weekly. This role plays a critical part in ensuring creative assets are accurately managed, reviewed, approved, and delivered across multiple platforms and devices.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. You bring strong asset management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to ensure creative excellence and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full lifecycle of creative assets, including intake, review, approval, handoff, and archiving
- Oversee large volumes of developer-submitted assets used for promotional placements across multiple digital platforms
- Track asset status and maintain accurate documentation and workflows across tools and systems
- Assess assets for policy compliance, technical specifications, and creative alignment
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Editorial, Production, Project Management, Business Affairs, and Marketing
- Ensure timely delivery of approved assets while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working at speed and under deadline pressure
- Identify process improvements and contribute to more efficient asset workflows
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in digital asset management or creative operations
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of creative assets end-to-end
- Hands-on experience with raster images, vector graphics, video, and audio files
- Proficiency with DAM systems and tools such as Quip, Box, iCloud, and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Adaptability and comfort working in dynamic, fast-moving environments
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally
- Strong interest in technology, apps, and digital content ecosystems
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
