  • Ensure dashboards deliver real-time, accurate, and scalable insights to end users.
  • Optimize SQL queries and data models for performance and reliability.
  • Perform UAT testing and validation of dashboards and reporting workflows.
  • Document development processes, KPIs, and data sources for repeatability and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, HR, Product, etc.) to support reporting needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Proven track record of building dashboards end-to-end in Tableau
  • Experience in Qlik Sense/Power BI
  • Strong SQL skills — able to design efficient queries and prepare datasets for dashboard use.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or SQL Server.
  • Experience in KPI design, data modeling, and dashboard performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to gather requirements and present solutions clearly.
  • Proven experience building custom dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions.
  • Strong background in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Business-facing communication skills — able to explain technical data clearly and empathetically to stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting UAT, audits, and data quality validation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with multiple BI tools (Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Looker).
  • Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Python or R experience for automation or light analytics.
  • Familiarity with Python for automation and data wrangling.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration (Finance, Operations, HR, etc.).
  • Background in fast-paced or high-growth environments (tech, renewable energy, manufacturing).
