What You'll Do
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute enterprise-level marketing strategies that drive portfolio performance and long-term growth.
- Leverage consumer insights, market trends, and emerging technologies to create innovative marketing initiatives.
- Lead annual planning, seasonal campaigns, and integrated marketing roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Position the portfolio as a premier destination through differentiated experiences and compelling storytelling.
Campaigns, Events & Customer Experiences
- Lead large-scale integrated campaigns across digital, social, experiential, on-site, and partner channels.
- Develop signature events, promotions, and customer engagement programs that increase visitation and sales.
- Ensure creative excellence and brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
- Identify new opportunities to elevate customer experiences and strengthen market presence.
Executive Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
- Create executive-level presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
- Serve as a key representative of the organization in retailer meetings, industry events, and partnership discussions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Champion thought leadership initiatives that enhance brand reputation and industry influence.
Performance & Business Growth
- Establish and track KPIs tied to traffic, revenue, engagement, and marketing ROI.
- Analyze performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive accountability through data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Leasing, Operations, Digital, and Executive teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities.
- Foster strategic retailer partnerships that drive collaboration and co-investment.
- Mentor and develop marketing professionals while promoting innovation, accountability, and excellence.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
- Background in retail, experiential marketing, destination marketing, commercial real estate, hospitality, entertainment, or consumer-focused environments.
- Proven success leading integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, customer engagement, and brand strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
