HR Coordinator

Hybrid Santa Clara, CA

W2 Contract 6 Months

$40-50/hr + Benefits, PTO, Paid Holidays

 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative HR professional to join our Well-being Team. In this role, you’ll support internal communications and maintain engaging informational content and resources that help create the conditions for employees to truly flourish.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Create, update, and manage Well-being materials, including PowerPoint presentations, one-page resources, and other employee- and leader-facing content such as our Well-being website and Slack channel.
  • Partner closely with the Well-being Leadership Team to ensure alignment, clarity, and consistency across initiatives.
  • Recommend process improvements, identify opportunities, and proactively make thoughtful suggestions to enhance how we support employees.
  • Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as assigned, supporting the evolving needs of the team.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 4 years of Human Resources client-facing or equivalent experience.
  • Strong business insight with the ability to work effectively across functions.
  • Customer-focused mindset with responsiveness and a sense of urgency.
  • Proven ability to lead projects to successful completion, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills—concise, articulate, and confident—with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to collaborate productively with team members while delivering extraordinary customer service.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to quickly shift priorities as needed.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft products, especially:
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Teams and Outlook
  • Ability to work onsite at our Santa Clara headquarters campus.

 

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience supporting internal and/or employee communications
  • Familiarity with branding guidelines and content standards
  • Basic graphic or visual design sensibility
