Job Title: Experience Strategy & Delivery Manager – E-Commerce (Contract)

Location: Cupertino, CA (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $94/hour

Duration: 12–18 Month Contract

Schedule: Full-Time


Summary

We are seeking an experienced Experience Strategy & Delivery professional to support key initiatives across a global e-commerce platform. This is a high-impact role focused on shaping how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase products through digital experiences.


In this role, you will leverage customer research, behavioral insights, and data analysis to inform strategy and drive improvements across the online shopping journey. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, merchandising, and engineering teams to develop and launch customer-centric experiences. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.


What You’ll Do

  • Plan, design, and execute research initiatives to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points
  • Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify actionable insights and opportunities
  • Evaluate digital experiences and customer journeys, synthesizing findings into strategic recommendations
  • Develop clear, compelling strategic briefs and presentations for cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
  • Translate complex data and ambiguous requirements into actionable, user-focused solutions
  • Establish reporting frameworks to track performance metrics, trends, and business impact
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, and Engineering teams to drive alignment and execution
  • Support end-to-end delivery of initiatives from strategy through launch and post-launch optimization
  • Monitor post-launch performance and ensure initiatives meet business goals and enhance customer experience


What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital experience, product strategy, or related fields
  • Strong expertise in B2C digital strategy, customer journey mapping, and user behavior analysis
  • Experience conducting and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research into actionable insights
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with proficiency in Keynote or PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and prioritize multiple workstreams
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority
  • Experience in project or program management, with the ability to drive initiatives from concept through execution
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills


Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience working in large-scale e-commerce or digital retail environments
  • Experience supporting global platforms or high-traffic consumer experiences
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior in online shopping ecosystems
