Sales Operations Analyst – $25/hr | Remote | 2-Month Assignment

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales organization by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer and prospect data. This role is critical to driving operational efficiency and enabling our sales teams to target the right opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and update customer and prospect data within Salesforce (SFDC).
- Conduct detailed research across multiple sources to identify dealer groups and their dealership hierarchy.
- Amend and maintain accurate records in SFDC to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to clarify account structures and resolve data discrepancies.
- Generate and maintain reports that track progress on data quality initiatives.
- Provide recommendations for improving processes around data collection and accuracy.
- Support other sales operations projects as needed to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or CRM database management.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) is required; experience with Excel or Google Sheets strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage deadlines effectively.
- Experience in the automotive, SaaS, or technology industry is a plus.
