TCWGlobal is seeking a dedicated Janitorial Specialist to ensure our office campus and on-site restaurant, BoujieMana, remain pristine and in top condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in both TCWGlobal office areas and BoujieMana.
- Keep the campus and restaurant safe and clean at all times, including but not limited to cleaning and disinfecting all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keeping all guest facing area free of trash, restocking restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
- Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
- Handle small repairs and maintenance projects to keep our facilities running smoothly.
- Conduct deep cleaning as needed to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be able to follow written and oral directions.
- Experience in a janitorial type position.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
