Title: AWS Authorized Instructor (AAI)

Payrate: Up to $125/hour

Duration: Contract assignment with potential for extension

Hours: 40 hours/week

Summary

Delivers official AWS training courses to corporate clients and certification candidates on behalf of client's AWS Authorized Training Partner designation, in AWS's classroom or virtual instructor-led formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver AWS training courses and customize program elements for individual clients within AWS's authorized-content boundaries.
• Develop, tailor, and maintain supplementary AWS training materials consistent with curriculum requirements; conduct assessments and give learner feedback.
• Coach candidates through AWS certification acquisition and, where relevant, their own path to AAI status.
• Stay current on AWS service updates and certification exam changes, a fast-moving requirement given AWS's release cadence.
• Contribute to program-level instructor-count, CSAT, and delivery-volume metrics tracked under the AWS ATP Program Guide.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 7-10 years of cloud computing experience with an AWS focus; Bachelor's degree (may flex for candidates with strong hands-on experience).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver courseware competently with the confidence and patience to manage adult-learner classrooms.
• Instructional design and adult-learning-methodology experience.
• Techno-functional depth, practical, hands-on AWS application, not certification knowledge alone.
