Commercial Building Maintenance Technician

Hercules, CA 94547 (Local candidates only)

$30-$32hr (Weekly pay + Benefits)

3-6 month contract (Great possibility for extension)

Together they are helping people everywhere live longer, healthier lives.

The typical day consists of reviewing assigned work orders in preparation for job review and completion, performing assigned preventive maintenance activities, responding to urgent or emergency facilities issues identified staff or employees, and investigating discrepancies within the facilities. Work responsibilities will involve basic building maintenance activities, such as changing lights, replacing damaged ceiling tiles, troubleshooting basic plumbing and mechanical issues, patching and painting, and supporting other staff members.

How You'll Make An Impact:

·        By providing returning the manning and capabilities of the maintenance and operations group to near full capacity, allowing for timely response and completion of preventive maintenance and on demand work activities

What You Bring:

·        High School diploma or GED

·        1+ yrs experience in General maintenance work in commercial not residential

·        Must have experience in commercial maintenance work

·        Experience to use of hand tools.

·        Experience with general repair of plumbing, lighting, repair and painting.

·        Must have experience in a commercial work environment.

·        Experience to review work orders and able to manager them in management system AMMS.

·        Be able to work without direct supervision.

·        Must be able to work with all co-workers and management.

·        Pass background check and standard drug test
