Title: Warehouse Material Handler (On-Site)

Location: Richmond, CA

Payrate: $19/hour + Weekly pay + Benefits + overtime opportunities

Duration: 6-month contract with great potential for extension or permanent conversion

Hours: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm

Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do:

  • Support essential distribution operations ensuring life-saving products reach global healthcare facilities
  • Master diverse material handling functions including box making, labeling, and specialized cold environment processing
  • Execute precise picking operations while maintaining accuracy and efficiency standards
  • Perform expert packing and carrier package sorting to ensure safe product delivery
  • Rotate between different processing areas weekly, gaining valuable cross-training experience
  • Flex seamlessly between operational areas throughout the day to meet dynamic shipping demands
  • Maintain rigorous safety standards through proactive cleaning and environmental awareness
  • Contribute to achieving critical daily shipping objectives that impact global healthcare delivery
  • Work collaboratively with team members while adapting quickly to changing priorities
  • Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and lift-assist tools safely and efficiently
  • Process materials in specialized environments requiring attention to temperature and handling protocols


What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED with stable work history demonstrating reliability
  • 1+ years of related experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing environments
  • Strong English reading and writing skills for accurate documentation and communication
  • Hands-on experience with packaging finished products, sealing bags, pouches, and applying labels
  • Solid understanding of warehouse layouts and material flow processes
  • Basic computer skills with ability to use warehouse management systems effectively
  • Physical capability to work in fast-paced environment while standing/moving for 6-10 hours
  • Positive attitude with can-do motivation and commitment to task completion
  • Ability to lift at least 15 lbs and safely operate material handling equipment
  • Commitment to safety protocols and willingness to wear required steel toe shoes
  • Must successfully pass drug screening and background check requirements

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device distribution
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
  • Knowledge of cold chain logistics and temperature-controlled environments
  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Background in quality control or inspection processes
  • Certification in warehouse safety or material handling
  • Experience with shipping and receiving documentation
