Temporary Field Merchandiser (CPG Beverage) – $21–$24/hr | Denver, CO | Start ASAP

Are you someone who enjoys being on the move, working independently, and making a visible impact in retail environments? We’re seeking a Temporary Field Merchandiser to support a rapidly growing beverage brand across Denver-area retail locations. In this highly visible, field-based role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring products stand out on shelves, displays are executed flawlessly, and retail partners receive exceptional in-store support.

This is a great opportunity for someone with CPG, beverage, or retail merchandising experience who enjoys building relationships with store teams while driving product visibility and sales performance.

Location: Denver, CO

Pay Rate: $21–$24 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (approx. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Start Date: ASAP

Assignment Length: Through July 2026

Work Type: 100% field-based (travel within the Denver market)

What You’ll Do

• Execute daily merchandising activities across assigned retail locations following established “Look of Success” standards.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, rotated, and visually optimized to maximize product visibility and sales.
• Support key retail account initiatives and maintain compliance with distribution and display standards.
• Build and maintain both mandated and incremental in-store displays.
• Complete up to 15 store visits per day, following assigned routes and account priorities.
• Accurately document store visits, execution metrics, and account insights using CRM and reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve product placement, distribution, and store-level execution.
• Maintain merchandising assets and collaborate with field sales teams to ensure consistent brand representation.

What Success Looks Like

Performance in this role will be measured by:

• Execution of account mandates and merchandising standards
• Reduction of out-of-stock situations (voids)
• Accurate reporting and CRM compliance
• Growth in product distribution and in-store visibility

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of merchandising, retail, field sales, or CPG experience (beverage or distributor experience strongly preferred).
• Experience working with large-format retailers or natural channel retailers is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured personal vehicle with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to ~30 miles within the Denver market for daily store visits.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and drive between locations throughout the day.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage a daily route.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using field productivity and communication tools such as Slack, Repsly, or CRM platforms.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced retail environments and coordinating with multiple store teams.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
