Customer Engagement Specialist – Project Management (Remote)

Remote ( Must work PST)

$32hr (Weekly pay + benefits)

12 month contract (Excellent potential for extension)

Full-time M-F 8am-5pm PST




**Please note: This role requires experience working for a Tech/SaaS industry supporting projects, administrative tasks and operations within the customer engagement teams.

You will play a key role in managing consistent, standardized processes and communications and day-to-day operations for the programs that are managed by the Customer Engagement function in order to support revenue growth for the organization. What excites you:


  • Manage day-to-day operations that support the CAB and EBC programs through consistent, timely, and organized communications and project management.
  • Own the management of our CAB and EBC swag inventory, ordering, and ideation of new items
  • Admin for engagement onsite logistics including catering, room reservations, executive scheduling, collaboration with Workplace and IT departments, etc.
  • Daily to weekly data entry projects
  • Collaborate internally and with counterparts to drive alignment and process improvements.
  • Secure EBC speaker resources for virtual requests, small-medium business accounts and engagements.
  • Support the planning and execution of quarterly CAB meetings, including the work back schedule, prep materials, member surveys, follow ups, etc
  • Collaborate with CE team members to devise ways of improving the customer experience and consistency across the CAB and EBC programs
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and maintain program content





What excites us:


  • 2-8 yrs experience in Administrative, Customer Engagement, Operations and Project Management
  • Experience supporting projects, administrative tasks and operations within Customer engagement teams.
  • Prior experience to support administrative project duties for engagement onsite logistics including catering, room reservations, executive scheduling, collaboration with Workplace and IT departments, etc.
  • Requires experience working in a strategic role within a fast- paced Tech/SaaS industry
  • Prior experience working for a larger/global company
  • Requires experience with navigating virtual complex project boards and heavy management of project calendars
  • Must be tech savvy and prior experience with ramping up in new technology; prior experience in managing different systems simultaneously.
  • Knowledge or experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Experience with using GitHub and PowerBi is a plus
  • Must have a history of getting things done in complex environments; requires an organized and very detail-oriented individual.
  • Experience in tracking, ordering swag and managing swag inventory
  • Prior experience in recommending process improvements; ability to have confidence in making suggestion; identify risks and blockers and proposing solutions
  • Comfortable with daily or weekly projects entering data in the system.
  • Experience or similar to support planning and execution of quarterly meetings, including the work back schedule, prep materials, member surveys, follow ups, etc
  • Must have strong collaborating skills across multiple remote internal teams and departments and building effective relationships.
  • Previous experience working closely with sales, marketing, events, and/or customers.
