HiBob Implementation Consultant

$75/hr+ DOE

We are seeking an experienced HiBob (Bob) implementation consultant to support our HR systems go-live on September 1, 2026. We are mid-implementation and need an expert to help us finish configuration, complete integration work, and ensure a smooth launch. This is a part-time contract engagement requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week, working in Pacific Standard Time (PST).

What You’ll Do

•       Complete and validate HiBob configuration including permission groups, flows (onboarding, offboarding, leave), task lists, docs & eSign templates, and time off policies

•       Lead the ADP Workforce Now ↔ HiBob Payroll Hub integration: field mapping, pay cycle setup, payroll reports via Payroll Connect, and end-to-end testing

•       Support data migration: employee data import, time off balances, and historical records from ADP

•       Configure and test the Ashby ATS → HiBob integration

•       Build and execute UAT test scripts; triage and resolve defects

•       Support talent module configuration (goals, 1:1s, performance review cycles)

•       Prepare training materials and lead training sessions for HR admins, managers, and employees

•       Serve as subject matter expert for HiBob best practices throughout the engagement

Required Qualifications

•       Led or played a senior implementation role in at least one full-cycle HiBob implementation

•       Led an HRIS implementation at at least one publicly traded company implementation.

•       Hands-on experience with the ADP Workforce Now ↔ HiBob Payroll Hub integration, including field mapping, pay cycle configuration, and payroll testing

•       Deep knowledge of HiBob modules: Core HR, Flows & Task Lists, Docs & eSign, Time Off, Payroll Hub, Permissions, and Reporting

•       Experience migrating employee data from ADP into HiBob

•       Availability to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours

•       Availability to commit to at least 20 hours per week through September 2026

•       Ability to work independently and move quickly in an accelerated timeline

Nice to Have

•       Experience with the Ashby ATS → HiBob integration

•       Familiarity with HiBob’s Talent module (goals, 1:1s, performance reviews)

•       Experience supporting go-lives at biotech or life sciences companies

•       Prior experience taking over a mid-stream implementation
