Customer Success Representative – $20/hr | Part-Time | 17-Week Assignment (Remote, PST Hours)

We’re looking for a part-time Customer Success Representative to jump into a fast-moving, irreverent, and community-driven brand environment. You’ll be the voice behind the inbox—resolving issues, answering questions, and representing the brand with style, humor, and heart.

Details:

• Payrate: $20/hour
• Duration: 17-week assignment
• Hours: 12–20 hours/week | Sunday–Thursday | 4 hours/day
• Start Date: June 30, 2025
• Location: Remote (PST hours); LA-based preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to customers via email with personality and accuracy
• Manage orders, returns, and refunds through Shopify
• Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Input and update customer and order info across various systems
• Coordinate special shipments for events, influencers, and wholesale partners

What You Bring:

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to juggle tasks and work independently
• A proactive mindset and solid critical thinking
• Weekend availability and comfort working PST hours

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with Shopify, Excel, Amazon Seller Central, Gorgias, or ZenDesk
• Startup or DTC brand experience
• A passion for people, storytelling, and building community
