Responsibilities

  • Partnering closely with recruiters and executives to understand critical skills; develop creative sourcing strategies and campaigns to target the ideal candidate profile.
  • Sourcing a diverse pool of passive candidates through multiple channels including applicant tracking system, LinkedIn, open web, social networks, professional groups, referrals, and peer networking tactics.
  • Developing robust prospect pipelines for professional-level career opportunities; identifying, attracting, and phone screening high-quality candidates
  • Manage relationships with passive candidates for future openings.
  • Update Recruiting Leadership on market trends, recruiting landscape and competitive intelligence.
  • Partnering with the marketing and communications teams, as needed to build robust strategies for candidate engagement.


Requirements

  • Have proven experience in Talent Acquisition Sourcing, with direct experience sourcing diverse passive talent for a variety of career opportunities
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, sourcing tools/technology, and build strategies to uncover hard-to-find talent
  • Provide consultation to internal Talent Acquisition and relevant business leaders.
  • Work independently, multitask, meet deadlines, and be adaptable to a constantly evolving environment.
