Title: Production/Studio Workplace Coordinator
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90038 (**Must be local)
Pay: $35–$40/hr (Weekly pay + medical benefits)
Duration: 12-month assignment (Excellent potential for permanent hire and extension)
Schedule: Full-time, M–F, 8am–4pm (occasional Sunday support)
What You’ll Do
• Serve as the first point of contact at reception, warmly welcoming guests and ensuring an exceptional visitor experience.
• Manage day-to-day food & beverage operations including snacks, coffee, and catering support for meetings and events.
• Provide event and production support, including coordinating catering, logistics, and onsite set-ups.
• Liaise with the landlord and building management team to address maintenance issues, building requests, and coordinate vendor access.
• Oversee office supplies, stock levels, and storage areas; ensure all spaces are clean, organized, and fully functional.

Who You Are
▪ 2–8 years’ experience working as a Production Coordinator and also assisting with administrative workplace tasks.
▪ Must have experience in studio and production environments.
▪ Prior experience in client-facing roles and providing excellent experience as the first point of contact.
▪ Experience and comfort sitting at the front desk of a studio and greeting guests.
▪ Ability to support a dual role as a production and workplace coordinator.
▪ Must be professional and have experience working in a role that requires discretion and high level of professionalism.
▪ Able to assist the events teams with coordinating, ordering catering, and entering guests into the system, etc.
▪ Experience managing day-to-day food & beverage operations including snacks and coffee.
▪ Passionate about delivering a welcoming, high-quality workplace and studio experience.
▪ Experience working with producers to make sure the sets are ready to go for each recording session.
▪ Experience providing event and production support, including coordinating catering, logistics, and onsite set-ups.
▪ Prior experience in office operations, hospitality, or workplace coordination.
▪ Problem solver with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without compromising quality.
▪ Strong communicator, both verbal and written, and enjoys working cross-functionally.
▪ Eager to learn and able to pick up tasks easily.
▪ Proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic and creative environment.
▪ Able to work M–F, 8am–4pm (occasional Sunday support - with advance notice, schedule will be adjusted for the week if working Sunday)
▪ Experience with Google Workspace.
▪ Experience with JIRA, Coupa, or similar tools.
