Part-Time Office Manager

Pay: $26–$30 per hour (based on experience)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA 94107

Hours: 5–10 hours per week (flexible schedule)

About the Role

We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of a modern San Francisco office. In this highly independent role, you’ll handle a variety of administrative and facilities-related tasks that keep the office running smoothly, from coordinating vendors to ensuring the space is stocked and inviting for employees.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage and replenish snacks, beverages, and office supplies while tracking inventory and re-ordering as needed.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for property management and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain clean, organized conference rooms and shared spaces.
  • Care for office plants and help maintain a bright, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Place supply orders via Instacart, Amazon, BevMo, and other vendors.
  • Partner with cleaning staff to restock janitorial and maintenance supplies.
  • Support internal requests for snacks, office merchandise, and other on-site needs.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-savvy, with comfort using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and ordering platforms like Instacart and Amazon.
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable with excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset — you notice what needs to be done before anyone asks.
  • Prior experience in office coordination, facilities, or administrative support is a plus (not required).
