Retail Sourcing & Fulfillment Coordinator
Payrate: $50/hr
Location: Hybrid – 1 day onsite in San Jose, CA
Duration: 12-month assignment
Start Date: October 20, 2025
Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sourcing & Fulfillment Coordinator to support the efficient management of procurement and fulfillment processes. In this role, you will ensure timely processing of proposals, change of orders, and project closeouts while serving as the central point for the management and coordination of our internal approval workflows.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate tracking systems, supporting new vendor onboarding, and developing reporting tools to keep projects moving smoothly. What You’ll Do:
· Initiate and manage the routing of procurement proposals and change orders
· Maintain proposal status trackers and communicate any delays outside of SLAs
· Routing proposals in our internal systems, proactively following up with cross-functional stakeholders to secure timely approvals
· Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure proper documentation is submitted systematically
· Develop and maintain reports using project scheduling, budget, and cost data
· Provide administrative support to project managers, including note-taking during meetings and monitoring vendor schedules
What You Bring:
· 2+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or vendor management
· Bachelor’s degree
· Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
· Intermediate Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, and reporting)
· Experience with construction or project management software is a plus
· Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to accuracy and deadlines
· Collaborative spirit and commitment to operational excellence
