Description

The B2B Sales Content Marketer is a strategic, hands-on storyteller responsible for transforming consumer insights, market trends, and product capabilities into compelling sales enablement content. This role plays a key part in driving content strategy and execution that supports commercial marketing efforts across digital publishing and streaming platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong brand marketing expertise and a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, particularly across media, publishing, and connected TV.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead foundational B2B content development aligned to business objectives, customer use cases, and product strategy.
  • Develop narrative strategies and execute content across multiple channels and formats.
  • Create project briefs and write both short- and long-form sales and marketing content.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to cross-functional and agency partners to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Ensure content accuracy, clarity, voice consistency, and brand alignment across all materials.
  • Produce content for closed-door sales presentations, leave-behinds, content toolkits, and live events.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial marketing, sales, and extended marketing teams to drive execution.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high standards and tight timelines.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience developing B2B marketing content for sales enablement.
  • At least 3 years of experience within a marketing organization or creative agency.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into effective content strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong audience adaptability.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and lead through influence across distributed teams.
  • Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity from strategy through production, delivery, and optimization.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting sales teams on digital media platforms, including publishers and connected TV.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising products including search, display, and video.
  • Ability to position ad solutions strategically to brands across diverse industry verticals.
