Technical Project Manager- Web Programs (SaaS/Tech)

Remote ( US based candidates)

$50hr (Weekly pay + benefits)

12-month contract (Excellent potential for extension)

Full-time: M-F 8am-5pm ( Able to attend meetings during PST)

The team is looking for a Project Manager- Technical Web Production (SaaS/Tech) who will be responsible for day-to-day project management for the Web Experience team, including developing schedules, aligning resources, defining and tracking milestones and deliverables, and documenting project strategies. You will support the Dir of Web Experience in project scoping, planning & execution. Projects will vary widely: some will be design-focused, others will relate to developing KPIs, testing new web experiences or helping the Marketing and Growth Org define customer journeys across many web surfaces and audiences. You will work with internal and external partners and stakeholders, so excellent project management leadership, organization, and communication skills are necessary.


Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with internal and external project stakeholders to understand project requests, plan resources, and develop a clear and actionable project plan.
  • Create/maintain project plans that include identifying task owners, milestones, dependencies & key risks.
  • Manage project scope & evaluate priorities to assist in balancing resources for various projects efficiently.
  • Attend meetings with WebEx Product Owners to take meetings, record actions items and record & report these back out to attendees.
  • Proactively identify process gaps and implement frameworks to achieve operational scale.
  • Drive collaboration and communication between project stakeholders to ensure all teams are working toward the same goal.
  • Craft status reports that provide context, narrative, data, and next steps so leadership is aware of rapidly evolving programs.
  • Manage the project board and roadmap artifact for the Web Experience team.
  • Consistently be one step ahead in overcoming dependencies and blockers.


Required Qualifications:

  • 3-8 years’ experience as a Technical Project Manager within Corporate Web Programs
  • Requires being directly involved with technical implementation of corporate websites.
  • Must have experience working for Tech/SaaS industry
  • Requires experience working for a Global company; working within geographically diverse and virtual teams
  • Experience to manage web programs through project management
  • Requires subject matter excellence in Lean / Agile mindsets and common software delivery frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum).
  • Project Management experience working with web Product Owners and Engineering teams preferably for marketing projects.
  • Some knowledge of product marketing and/or campaign marketing
  • Must have experience communicating with executive level teams, engineers and customers
  • Experience working with engineering teams and understanding of technical language
  • Bonsu: Experience with CMS (Content Management systems) Contentful or similar
  • Bonsu: Experience utilizing GitHub
  • Proven ability to break down complex and/or ambiguous projects into manageable tasks.
  • Proven experience to translate projects into written action; ability to articulate your process.
  • Requires being expertly collaborative, personally and enjoys working with others.
