Product Development Operations Specialist

Pay Rate: Up to $54.48/hour

Duration: 12-Month assignment

Hours: Full-Time

Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite)


Summary

We are seeking a Product Development Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operational activities, documentation, coordination, service delivery, and process maintenance within a Product Development Operations function.


This role will work closely with internal teams and service partners to coordinate resources, maintain accurate records, support service delivery, and help ensure operational activities are completed accurately and efficiently.


What You'll Do

  • Support day-to-day operations, documentation, service delivery, and process coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records, work requests, schedules, inventories, trackers, reports, and service documentation.
  • Coordinate information, resources, materials, vendors, and stakeholder follow-up to support timely completion of work.
  • Review requests, documentation, and operational data for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate prioritization.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, issue escalation, safety practices, and process updates within the functional area.
  • Partner with internal teams and service providers to support efficient and responsive operations.
  • Monitor outstanding requests and follow up with stakeholders to help maintain timely completion of operational activities.
  • Support updates to operational processes and documentation as needed.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
  • Typically 2+ years of relevant experience supporting functional projects, processes, analysis, documentation, or operations.
  • Knowledge of functional procedures, service delivery, documentation, equipment, systems, or operational support practices.
  • Ability to prioritize requests, maintain accurate records, coordinate resources, and communicate service updates clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Sound judgment and ability to follow established procedures.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
  • Ability to work onsite in San Diego, CA.
