Program Manager, Content – $55–$65/hr DOE | Fully Remote

Assignment Duration: September 29, 2025 – April 10, 2026

We are seeking a Program Manager, Content to lead cross-functional projects that drive innovation and continuity in content development. This role will play a key part in managing deliverables, supporting governance, and ensuring seamless collaboration between product, design, marketing, and engineering teams.

As the central coordinator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are executed on time, risks are minimized, and stakeholders are aligned. Key Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication across Content programs.
• Ensure continuity of key initiatives and maintain strong alignment with stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with product, design, marketing, and engineering teams.
• Track progress against milestones, reporting updates, and escalating risks as needed.
• Support governance, documentation, and process adherence.
• Provide consistent reporting to internal teams and external partners.
• Anticipate and minimize risks to timelines and resource allocation.
• Handle additional tasks to maintain continuity of the team’s work.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project/program management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Tech industry experience required; media or marketing industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency with program management tools: Jira, Wrike, Confluence, Slack, and Google Suite.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in software development, content programming, or engineering collaboration.
• Familiarity with localization processes and CMS tools.
• Project/Program Management certifications.
