Payrate: $60/hr

Our leading SaaS client is looking for a results-oriented Field Marketing Manager to join our team on a maternity leave cover basis as a member of their US Field Marketing team, supporting their Americas sales teams.

This position will be focused on executing and optimizing their regional field marketing strategies to deliver impactful campaigns that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of creativity and analytics, has experience building strategic partnerships with sales and marketing functions, has experience executing in-person and virtual events, has great attention to detail, and a passion for taking things to the next level.

Daily Duties:

·      Campaign Management: Create and execute high performing marketing campaigns and multi-channel promotional strategies that align with business goals and support sales efforts, ultimately driving pipeline and revenue.

·      Event Coordination: Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of events, webinars, and customer engagement activities.

·      Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with pipeline targets and regional sales strategies. Participate actively in sales team calls, in-person meetings, quarterly business reviews, and joint planning sessions to ensure alignment. Ensure timely and consistent communications to sales.

·      Budget Management: Manage the field marketing budget for the region, ensuring all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI. Participate in integrated quarterly process planning.

·      Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.

 

Requirements:

·      2-5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or campaigns management. Experience in B2B technology marketing covering multiple regions is a plus.

·      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

·      Strong project management, campaign orchestration, event management, and marketing analytics skills.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and optimize promotional content.

·      Experience evolving marketing programs based on performance data, feedback from sales and understanding of the business.

·      Proven capacity for exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

·      Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales teams, marketers, and external partners to drive marketing initiatives.

·      Self-motivated, can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, and can drive projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.

·      Ability to travel up to 30% for onsite event management and team meetings.


Able to work in Pacific time zone. 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·      Proficiency with marketing automation tools (Marketo).

·      B2B experience in high tech companies with varying degrees of maturity and growth

·      Experience running field marketing events for Western USA.

·      Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities

·      Must be metrics driven and be a strong analytic thinker

·      Must have experience with event planning: venue booking, sourcing a speaker, etc.

·      Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional team
