Are you highly organized, detail-driven, and passionate about creative project coordination? We’re looking for a Promotional Artwork Manager to support the Promotional Artwork Team by overseeing the complete lifecycle of promotional assets across multiple markets—including the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and PanLAT.

In this role, you’ll manage large volumes of developer assets, serving as the main point of contact for cross-functional partners and ensuring that all artwork requests move smoothly from intake to final approval. You’ll maintain relationships with developers, manage digital asset systems, and ensure every project aligns with creative and technical standards.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at managing complex workflows while maintaining creative integrity, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of promotional artwork management, from request and review to approval, clearance, and archiving
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional partners submitting artwork requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Provide developers with detailed guidance to meet all asset and technical requirements
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers to ensure delivery of high-quality promotional artwork
  • Evaluate and verify assets for compliance with policy, creative direction, and technical specifications, escalating issues to Business Affairs as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to secure approvals and maintain project alignment
  • Approve and organize assets in the Digital Asset Management System for efficient access and retrieval
  • Keep detailed notes and tracking updates for all projects to ensure full visibility across workstreams
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to review project status, align on priorities, and remove blockers
  • Identify and proactively resolve workflow challenges to ensure timely asset delivery

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital asset management, creative production, or related project management roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Experience managing large-scale asset libraries or creative workflows
  • Proficiency in digital asset management systems and project tracking tools
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience working with developers, creative agencies, or entertainment brands
  • Familiarity with marketing and promotional asset production processes
  • A background in digital media, content operations, or brand marketing
