Learning Operations Specialist (₹155,000–₹160,000 INR/month) – Remote, India | 12-Month Assignment

As a Learning Programs Specialist, you’ll be the operational engine driving high-quality education delivery—balancing program coordination, platform management, and user support in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
What You’ll Own
Academic Program Support (Global Education Programs)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for academic users, supporting professors and students with licensing and program access
- Review and resolve verification requests, providing clear, actionable guidance
- Ensure a seamless, positive experience for academic participants at every touchpoint
Internal Enablement & Training Operations
- Manage shared inboxes and respond to internal enablement requests with accuracy and professionalism
- Coordinate end-to-end training logistics:
- Schedule sessions across global stakeholders
- Send invites, reminders, and recap communications
- Track attendance and engagement
- Support onboarding for new hires by facilitating access to learning systems and programs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build and maintain reporting dashboards that measure training impact
- Continuously improve processes, documentation, and operational workflows
Learning Platform & Content Management
- Own content publishing and maintenance across multiple learning platforms
Customer-Facing LMS
- Publish and manage instructor-led and digital learning content
- Ensure courses are properly configured, tested, and accessible
Internal Enablement Platforms
- Maintain internal training content libraries
- Ensure content is current, organized, and easy to navigate
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- 3–5 years of experience in learning operations, program coordination, customer support, or similar environments
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills—clear, concise, and user-friendly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
- Comfortable working across systems (LMS platforms, scheduling tools, shared inboxes)
- Proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and user experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo, Seismic, Galaxy)
- Exposure to academic programs or student verification tools
- Background supporting internal training or enablement initiatives
