We are seeking an experienced, well-rounded Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for full cycle recruiting sourcing, recruiting, and managing the client relationship. If you take initiative, enjoy the hunt for the purple squirrel, are a strong communicator and negotiator, and thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, along with being an awesome person, we would love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities

• Source top talent across various verticals and industries, supporting clients in the United States and globally.
• Engage in both direct and indirect recruiting efforts, including identifying, qualifying, and presenting candidates to external clients.
• Manage the entire recruitment process: coordinate intake calls, source candidates, screen/interview, coordinate interviews, extend, and negotiate offers.
• Leverage social networking sites and networking strategies to identify top talent.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and talent scouting techniques to source passive candidates.
• Partner with clients to provide guidance on hiring best practices, understand specific hiring needs, and execute effective recruiting strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in an agency recruiting role.
• Strong sense of urgency, prioritization, and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Proficiency in recruiting software, job boards, resume databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experienced in sourcing passive talent, with a resourceful and creative approach.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, with a preference for experience with Loxo

Salary & Benefits

This position offers full-time benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.

Additional compensation may be earned by exceeding sales and service goals.
