We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Global Payroll Associate to join our Global Operations team and assist in managing payroll for our workers and clients, domestically and internationally. Experience with domestic and international human resources, employment law and payroll are desired for this position. The Global Payroll Associate will directly support our Global Payroll Specialists, as well as partner with our Global Account Management and Regional Engagement teams to ensure accurate pay and invoicing. 



Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the overall accuracy of employee payment data
  • Learn and keep current on various state and countries’ employment laws and tax considerations, as it relates to payroll compliance
  • Verify and reconcile pay, time keeping and expense reimbursement data from a variety of systems, following local laws and regulations
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the Global Payroll team with special projects
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with our Global Account Management and Regional Engagement teams, assisting them with payroll inquiries
  • Interpret payroll policies and procedures to employees of all levels
  • Provide assistance with invoice reconciliation
  • Aid with payroll and related process audits and QA
  • Process income withholding order deductions, communicating those details to workers
  • Generate reports where needed upon request
  • Other duties as assigned


 

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1+ years of payroll and/or customer service experience preferred
  • International business/human resources experience desired but not required
  • Experience utilizing time keeping, HRIS and/or accounting systems
  • Highly organized and superb attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and proven multi-tasking ability.
  • Self-starter with a high work ethic who can work on their own and meet required deadlines.
  • Excellent written & verbal skills in a professional environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Office 365 



Salary & Benefits

This position offers full-time benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.

Additional compensation may be earned by exceeding sales and service goals.
