Sales Coordinator – $36/hr | Onsite in Los Angeles | Weekly Pay + Benefits

Are you an organized multitasker with a passion for operational excellence and team collaboration? Join a leading media and event sales team located in the heart of Century City as a Sales Coordinator. This is a contract role through the end of the year with weekly pay and full benefits.

You'll be an integral part of a fast-paced sales organization, coordinating cross-functional activities, managing contract workflows, supporting billing and reporting, and providing light executive support. Key Details

  • Location: Onsite, Century City, Los Angeles, CA 90067
  • Payrate: $36/hr (weekly pay via agency)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: December 19, 2025
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contract documentation, approvals, and Salesforce input
  • Coordinate with Legal, IT, and Accounting to support sales deal execution
  • Oversee vendor onboarding and tracking of contract lifecycles
  • Partner with Finance and AR teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments
  • Support executive leadership with calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting prep
  • Monitor internal deadlines, coordinate purchase orders, and track campaign progress
  • Collaborate on creative asset trafficking and production scheduling
  • Deliver post-campaign wrap-up reports and summaries

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, project management, or administrative support
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and DocuSign preferred
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Effective communicator who thrives in cross-functional roles
  • Professionalism, proactivity, and a polished presentation style
  • Experience in advertising, media, or out-of-home marketing a plus—but not required
