We are a medical device company located in Richmond, IL. We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team. This person will be responsible for assisting operations supervisor in all aspects of production, running machines, packaging, quality checks and problem solving. A Slides Associate is a key component in producing quality products for our customers.

Major Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of tasks in different cells within the Slides Department.
• Follow the production schedule set by Operations Supervisor.
• Uses equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line.
• Contribute to the production of quality product by following all defined quality procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
• Perform quality control testing on all equipment
• Follow work instructions and workflow diagrams
• Ensure workflow is continuous
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Lead
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment by following all Company safety policies and procedures.

Required Education, Experience, Skills

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; will consider experience in lieu of education

Experience/Skills:

·        1-2 years’ experience in a factory setting

Competencies/Behaviors

·        Problem solving skills

·        Medical Quality background experience

·        Mechanical aptitude
