Global Field Marketing Manager

Location: Singapore (Remote with regional travel)

Pay: ~165,784 SGD annually ($126,850 USD annually)

Contract Length: 6 months

Full-time: M-F (9am-5pm or 10am-6pm)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize high-impact field marketing programs across South East Asia, with a strong focus on Business initiatives.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused IC role responsible for delivering in-person and virtual events that drive pipeline generation, customer engagement, and regional growth. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, owns events end-to-end, and is comfortable traveling throughout the region as needed.

This role is based in Singapore (remote) and requires regular regional travel depending on the event calendar. Travel intensity will vary month to month.

 


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Regional Marketing Managers to plan and execute field marketing programs across South East Asia
  • Own end-to-end execution of in-person and virtual events, including:
  • Trade shows and conferences (booths, sponsorships)
  • Executive dinners and receptions
  • Customer roundtables and workshops
  • Support events across Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore
  • Manage all event logistics, including:
  • Venue sourcing and vendor coordination
  • Contract support and onsite execution
  • Event collateral, signage, and swag planning
  • Serve as the onsite lead for live events, coordinating with internal teams and external partners
  • Develop event briefs, agendas, talk tracks, and presentation templates
  • Manage attendee communications and event promotions
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external speakers
  • Track and report on event performance, including leads, MQLs, and SALs
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and SDR teams to ensure timely post-event lead follow-up
  • Own and maintain the APAC events calendar
  • Manage and oversee third-party vendors and agencies
  • Support virtual events as needed (with additional internal support)


Basic Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of field marketing experience for a global/enterprise company
  • Proven experience executing in-person events (trade shows, conferences, executive events)
  • Experience supporting some virtual events
  • Experience delivering against pipeline and lead generation goals
  • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar — flexibility here)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and external vendors
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% across South East Asia ( varies month to month) travel fully reimbursed
  • Must be based in Singapore
  • Experience executing events in Indonesia, Philippines, or Malaysia
  • (experience must extend beyond Singapore-only markets)
  • Background supporting B2B, enterprise, or SaaS audiences (HR, L&D, tech leaders preferred)
  • Strong vendor and agency management experience
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment


Work Style & Schedule

  • Standard Monday–Friday business hours 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm
  • Flexibility required during event periods (including occasional evening events)
  • Flex start time offered following travel or late event coverage
  • This is a remote role based in Singapore, with frequent regional travel
