Payrate: $79/hr

Our leading communication tech client is hiring a temporary program manager to manage multiple project within the legal and financial divisions and then orchestrate the results to achieve a broad program goals.

Job Duties:

• In this role, you will plan and implement schedules and monitor the programs from inception to delivery.
• You will define and report program roadmaps, status, development issues and success metrics.
• Identify and monitor areas of risks
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve cost, performance and schedule
• Build and manage budgets
• Facilitate communication and coordination among projects
• Manage stakeholder engagement and satisfaction
• Maintain awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting component projects or overall program

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Technical Program Management Experience within legal, operations and/or finance
• Experiences with Project Management tools such as Airtable, ServiceNow and Jira.Preferably Airtable
• Extensive experience leading technical projects
• Experience creating systems, processing, creating roadmaps, providing ideas on how the team will track projects
• Experience building out new Project Management tools and setting up the processes to track projects within the tools
• Ability to collaborate and figure things out in an environment of ambiguity.
• Experience within a Start Up company where you had to build out processes, figuring things out and be a self-starter in order to succeed
