Location: On-site at Client Company in Santa Clara, CA

The On-site Managed Services Program Manager is responsible for helping oversee TCWGlobal’s contingent workforce on-site at client locations, managing client expectations related to a few select groups of that workforce. This role will be the main on-site point of contact for all client needs of TCWGlobal’s services and will provide support in areas including, but not limited to, report generation and distribution, creation and processing of job requisitions, identification and work order creation, onboarding management, process improvement, contingent workforce performance management, etc.

 

In addition, this position requires frequent, high-level, problem solving to find positive, out-of-the-box solutions. The candidate must have previous experience in a client-focused, strategic role. Superb business acumen is a must! The perfect candidate will be able to work effectively under pressure while remaining calm. This person truly enjoys a challenge!

 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Main on-site contact for TCWGlobal’s client and contingent workforce
  • Responsible for managing the client’s high-level contingent workforce initiatives with a primary focus on effectively implementing solutions for the client’s specific needs relating to a hybrid managed services model
  • Partner with needed team members to manage full employee lifecycle, including onboardings, offboarding, performance management, communications and workforce initiatives
  • Assist as an on-site resource in managing TCWGlobal worker compliance, timekeeping, and other HR-based functions
  • Create ad hoc reports and processes for clients specifically driven on service delivery in the managed services space
  • Assist workers with day-to-day inquiries that include, but are not limited to, timekeeping, payroll, taxes, scheduling, etc. to alleviate client oversight on these items
  • Perform other job-related projects/duties as assigned

 

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Contingent Workforce Managed Services Human Resources, or Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Management background desired
  • 5 or more years’ experience working in a similar client relation management or managed services role
  • Exceptional communication skills with all levels of client contacts and levels of workforce resources
  • The ability to multitask within multiple software systems
  • Significant experience working with high touch clients and stakeholders across major organizations
  • Self-motivated individual who can identify and resolve situations with limited guidance
  • Established level of professionalism to maintain the integrity of confidential information included in hiring processes and other human resources-related issues or projects
  • Ability to work well and excel in a team environment
  • Flexibility to shift priorities as needed to service client
  • Demonstrated integrity, dependability, diplomacy and resourcefulness with a strong work ethic

 

Salary & Benefits:


This position offers full-time benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.

Additional compensation may be earned by exceeding sales and service goals.
