$6,916 GBP a month

12 month contract ( Potential for extension)

Job Brief:

The Brand Strategy team establishes the foundation for all brand activities and guides the creation of brand campaigns, thought leadership content, partnerships, and enablement and training programs. The team of strategists and brand managers owns the verbal identity of the master brand. This role reports to the Senior Director, Brand Strategy in NAMER. As a Brand Marketing Manager, EMEA you will play a key role in shaping and driving the overall brand strategy, identity, and positioning in the EMEA region. You will be a critical partner to the Growth & Integrated Marketing team while collaborating closely with other marketing teams in the region such as EMEA Field, Campaigns, Industry and Product Marketing, global brand and audience teams, and external vendors as required.



What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the Brand captain in EMEA, representing global brand strategy while serving as the primary partner to the Growth & Integrated Marketing team to integrate Brand into regional planning, leading the strategy, execution and measurement of all TOFU marketing activities within the region.
  • Lead the validation, implementation and enablement of all global brand elements and campaigns in EMEA.
  • Lead the design and development of local brand enablement processes, in collaboration with global teams that enable the efficient application of Procore’s brand to meet local market needs.
  • Collaborate with Campaigns, Field Marketing, Audience Acquisition (Digital Marketing), Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to define the local requirements of all-audience campaigns in line with corporate strategy and serve as the EMEA brand connector to other core global marketing programs.
  • Lead the ATL/OOH media strategy and creative execution in EMEA, including the reporting brand performance metrics.
  • Lead the identification, strategy and execution of brand experience events & brand partnerships in EMEA.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of EMEA Groundbreak events and lead the communication and enablement of Global Groundbreak events across EMEA.
  • Lead the strategy and oversee the development of EMEA brand storytelling content, to enhance brand awareness and improve brand perception.
  • Co-develop and deliver brand-centric KPIs for the EMEA region, sharing results regularly, to demonstrate how global brand programs are impacting brand benchmarks regionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and other vendors to ensure the successful execution of brand strategy and activations.
  • Assist the global team with the enablement and execution of brand awareness initiatives on social media platforms in EMEA.
  • Support the global PR and Communications team with local insights and customer stories.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience performing as a Brand Marketing Manager
  • Experience supporting B2B Tech/SaaS company
  • Flexibility to attend events as needed; will be given notice weeks in advance
  • Preferred experience in supporting EMEA regions (Europe, Middle east and Africa)
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize across multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Experience with reporting brand performance metrics.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Must have a strong personality; go-getter, able to communicate without hesitation, not intimated easily and likes to be a leader.
  • Requires excellent experience making connections by effectively communicating with stakeholders and also building trust and relationships, being the key.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills and a strong executive presence.
  • Experience or comfortable being the only Brand person in the region supporting the company
  • Must have experience supporting events; facilitating the events and comfortable facilitating for the whole day.
  • Excellent creative and visual thinking abilities, with a deep understanding of brand identity, design principles, and storytelling.
  • Strategic media buying experience helfpul.
