We’re seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Planning to support a fast-growing technology organization’s Product & Technology Strategy team. In this role, you will work directly with senior leadership to help shape strategic initiatives, build executive-level reporting, and drive critical cross-functional projects that influence company direction.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical professional with consulting, strategy, or corporate planning experience who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where business insights translate into real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strategic project plans, timelines, and deliverables supporting key organizational initiatives.
• Conduct market, competitive, and industry analysis to inform leadership decisions and strategic direction.
• Develop executive presentations, board materials, dashboards, and reporting that communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Partner cross-functionally with leaders across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to align priorities and drive initiatives forward.
• Support the development and execution of technology and product strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams to help ensure strategic initiatives are executed successfully and on schedule.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, data-driven recommendations that guide leadership decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, project management, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information into strategic insights.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, especially for executive and board-level audiences.
• Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience within technology, SaaS, or construction technology industries is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and executive reporting tools.
