We are the leading all-in-one restaurant enterprise management software, empowering restaurants of all sizes to streamline accounting, back-office operations, workforce, and guest engagement.
We’re looking for a Learning and Content Program Manager (Revenue Enablement) on a 3-month contract to support our GTM (Go-to-Market) teams by designing and managing enablement content, communications, and large-scale event deliverables. This role is highly collaborative, creative, and fast-paced, with a particular emphasis on SKO preparation and execution.
What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Design: Develop high-quality enablement content for Sales, Customer Success, Solution Engineers, and XDRs across multiple formats—PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Canva graphics, videos (including editing), and eLearning (Rise Interactive).

Content & Training Platforms: Maintain and organize the Showpad content library (CMS) and training platform (LMS) to ensure resources are easy to access and always up to date.

Communications: Own the design, writing, and distribution of the bi-weekly enablement newsletter and all new hire communications.
- SKO Ownership:
- Design and edit PowerPoint decks for keynotes and sessions.
- Develop and maintain the SKO Showpad page.
- Manage Run of Show logistics, session content, and project timelines.
- Partner cross-functionally on SKO content, planning, and execution.
- Provide on-site support during SKO for event management, logistics, and real-time adjustments.

Collaboration: Partner closely with Enablement leaders and cross-functional GTM stakeholders to align content, communications, and events with business priorities.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- 3+ years of experience in learning & development, enablement, content management, or program management.
- Strong design and content development skills with tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with video editing software and eLearning platforms (Rise Interactive preferred).
- Familiarity with Showpad (or similar CMS/LMS platforms).
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for editing and detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel for SKO in January 2026
