Title: ATP Facilitator (Enterprise Standard)
Payrate: Up to $90/hour
Duration: Contract assignment with potential for extension

Summary
Delivers high-quality, standardized, and compliant instruction on behalf of a governing certification body (PMI, AWS, Google Cloud, Workday, Anthropic, PDMA, etc.) under client's ATP designation. Acts as a vetted, trusted delivery expert authorized to teach official, licensed courseware — bridging global vendor standards with local, sector-specific application for corporate learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Standardized curriculum delivery: deliver virtual or in-person sessions strictly using the authorized partner's licensed courseware, slides, and official participant guides.
- Interactive facilitation & engagement: run group discussions, case studies, role-play, and hands-on labs; adapt to diverse learning styles and skill levels within a cohort.
- Student assessment & exam preparation: monitor progress, administer official practice assessments, and coach exam-taking strategy to drive certification pass rates.
- Content contextualization: layer real-world, sector-specific examples onto standardized material so corporate learners see direct application to their industry.
- Feedback & continuous quality improvement: collect CSAT/NPS feedback per the vendor's required instrument and cadence; act on it to stay above the vendor's minimum quality benchmark for continued authorization.
- Logistics & resource care: set up virtual classroom tooling (Zoom, Teams, vendor LMS) or physical lab equipment, and troubleshoot technical issues in real time.
- Compliance reporting: log completed sessions, attendance, and assessment results in the format each vendor's ATP program requires for audit and renewal.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Advanced group facilitation - pacing, difficult questions, inclusive participation.
- Deep subject-matter expertise in the taught domain (project management, agile, cloud architecture, HR/ERP systems, etc.).
- Instructional agility across classroom, VILT, and blended delivery.
- LMS and collaboration-tool proficiency (whiteboards, polling, breakout rooms).
- Business acumen to connect training content to the client's broader account relationship.
