We are seeking a passionate multi-tasker to become a part of our Global Operations Team. The International Operations Manager I will interact daily with Global Account Managers, Client Relations Analysts and international partners to ensure all clients’ international needs are met with exceptional customer service and expertise. This role will manage the daily desk operations for their assigned portfolio and be the be a resource to TCWGlobal team members as it relates to international services. To be successful in this role, the candidate will analyze, process, and respond to a wide range of requests from both internal and external employees and clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • As a partner to Global Account Management (GLAM) and roles across TCW, serve as a liaison between TCWGlobal and International partners for worker onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between
  • With moderate guidance from leadership and minimal errors, complete daily desk operations for assigned region(s) including:
  • The management of full worker lifecycle from quoting, onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between
  • Resolution of client and/or worker issues
  • Payroll validations for regular payroll, expenses, and other forms of payment
  • Complete global operations processes accurately and efficiently, while effectively utilizing resources including SOPs, internet research, and subject matter experts
  • Communicate frequently with other TCWGlobal team members to answer questions and offer general assistance as it relates to international workers, clients, and services.
  • Contribute toward updating country summaries and resources for their assigned region(s)
  • Regularly communicate with partners to determine worker costs, resolve issues and provide information to TCWGlobal team members and/or clients
  • Problem-solve day-to-day issues relating to international human resources, employment law, and payroll
  • Spend time regularly researching and interpreting international employment regulations and requirements; with guidance from leadership ensure proper utilization in day-to-day processes.
  • Assist in maintenance of internal systems to maintain accurate and thorough worker and client records
  • Create and compile reports and audits as requested
  • Provide memorable service to clients and workers per the established service standards 
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years of related experience in HR or payroll domestically and/or international environment, desired.
  • Highly organized and superb attention to detail.
  • Can quickly learn and adapt to new systems and workflow processes.
  • Proactive and able to foresee/solve future problems before they start.
  • Ability to multi-task and re-evaluate priorities throughout the day.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills – can take complex information and make it simple for others to utilize and understand.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively as a member of a team with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Office 365
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish, French and/or Italian a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, international studies, or business-related field preferred.

This position offers full-time benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.

Additional compensation may be earned by exceeding sales and service goals.
