Conference Content Program Manager

Contract 7 Months (Possible Extension)

Remote, United Kingdom

We are transforming industries through AI, accelerated computing, robotics, autonomous vehicles, and graphics. Our annual GPU Technology Conference (GTC) brings together thousands of developers, researchers, customers, and industry leaders from around the world to showcase the latest innovations shaping the future of technology.

We're looking for a highly organized, collaborative, and strategic Conference Content Program Manager to join our Event Content team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the content experience for one of the world's most influential AI conferences while partnering with technical experts, executives, customers, and cross-functional teams across the globe.

If you enjoy managing complex projects, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and bringing large-scale conferences to life, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a key member of the Event Content team, you'll serve as the primary content liaison for our EMEA region, helping coordinate conference sessions from planning through onsite execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with our Event Content team to plan and execute content for GTC Berlin and GTC San Jose.
  • Coordinate technical conference sessions, including speaker communications, content reviews, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Facilitate content review meetings and work with internal leaders to evaluate, prioritize, and refine conference sessions.
  • Build strong relationships with executives, engineers, researchers, customers, and external partners while serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the conference planning process.
  • Collaborate with marketing, event operations, and production teams to ensure conference sessions are accurately scheduled and properly supported.
  • Review session titles and abstracts, providing editorial guidance to improve clarity, attendee engagement, and overall program quality.
  • Monitor room assignments, AV requirements, and event setup to ensure conference content is delivered as planned.
  • Support the EMEA virtual content program for GTC San Jose by helping review, curate, and organize technical sessions.
  • Track project milestones, manage multiple concurrent workstreams, and proactively identify risks before they impact timelines.
  • Analyze conference metrics and contribute to post-event reporting and continuous improvement efforts.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys balancing project management, relationship management, and strategic thinking.

You bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in conference content management, event program management, project management, or large-scale event planning.
  • Experience supporting complex conferences or technology events with multiple stakeholders and moving pieces.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with experience working directly with executives, technical experts, or external partners.
  • Strong project management abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written communication and editing skills, with an eye for creating compelling session titles and descriptions.
  • Confidence influencing stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and helping teams make informed content decisions.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience using conference or event management platforms such as RainFocus is highly preferred.

What Makes Someone Successful

The ideal candidate is someone who can bring structure to complexity, communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders, and keep multiple high-priority projects moving simultaneously. You're equally comfortable coordinating logistics, facilitating strategic conversations, improving conference content, and solving problems in real time.

You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy building relationships, thinking several steps ahead, and contributing to world-class events that showcase cutting-edge technology.

Travel Requirement

This position requires travel to Berlin, Germany to support GTC Berlin in October 2026. Candidates must be available to travel internationally for the duration of the conference and participate in onsite event execution.
