Title: Senior B2B Marketing Strategist – Advertising Sales (Contract)

Pay Rate: $62 - $67/hr

Duration: 12-month assignment

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)


Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior B2B Marketing Strategist to support advertising sales initiatives by developing compelling sales enablement materials and high-impact Request for Proposal (RFP) responses. In this role, you will partner closely with sales, marketing, editorial, and cross-functional teams to translate advertiser objectives, consumer insights, and product capabilities into persuasive commercial narratives that drive new business opportunities.

This position is ideal for a strategic storyteller with deep experience in digital advertising, proposal development, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing multiple deadlines, and has a proven ability to influence stakeholders while delivering high-quality marketing content under tight timelines.


What You'll Do

• Lead the development of strategic, customized RFP responses that align with advertiser objectives and business goals

• Partner with sales teams to interpret client briefs and develop compelling proposal strategies that differentiate advertising solutions

• Collaborate with marketing, editorial, product, and business stakeholders to gather content, align messaging, and drive proposal execution

• Develop persuasive B2B marketing content, sales presentations, sponsorship proposals, and other sales enablement materials

• Translate complex product capabilities, audience insights, and advertising opportunities into clear, engaging customer-facing narratives

• Create and enhance presentation materials by incorporating visual mockups and polished creative concepts

• Manage multiple high-volume proposal workflows while ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery

• Maintain and update foundational sales collateral, presentations, and leave-behind materials to reflect evolving business priorities

• Build strong cross-functional relationships to streamline proposal development and improve collaboration across globally distributed teams

• Identify opportunities to improve proposal processes, content libraries, and sales enablement workflows


What You Bring

• 8–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, proposal management, or advertising marketing

• Extensive experience managing high-volume RFP processes from initial brief through final submission

• Strong background in digital advertising, media, publishing, streaming, or related industries

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to develop persuasive commercial narratives

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

• Outstanding stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization abilities

• Experience presenting ideas and recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders

• High attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, client-ready deliverables

• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and sound business judgment


Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience supporting advertising sales organizations within digital media, publishing, or streaming platforms

• Strong understanding of digital advertising products including display, native, video, search, and sponsorship solutions

• Experience creating visual mockups, presentation decks, or sales materials using Keynote or similar design tools

• Experience working with global marketing and sales organizations

• Familiarity with creative strategy, audience insights, and integrated marketing campaigns
