Hybrid role based out of Broomfield, CO

$50,000-$60,000 base salary (DOE) with OTE of $70,000-$80,000 annually

100% of employee medical premiums covered

Our client in the software development industry is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team in this hybrid opportunity based in Broomfield, CO.

 

Position Summary:  The SDR position plays a crucial role in spearheading our sales strategies and generating new business opportunities. You will be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, engaging with prospects, cultivating relationships, and setting the stage for sales success.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the CRM, inbound/outbound calling, email, and various platforms to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Identify prospects’ needs, providing insightful solutions, and guiding them through the buyer’s journey.
  • Proactively discover new business prospects and markets, staying ahead in the competitive landscape.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings or calls between potential customers and our Account Executive team.
  • Regularly report sales activities, forecasts, and performance to the VP of Sales.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value and benefits to prospects.
  • Manage a consistent pipeline of prospects and engage with the sales team for strategic follow-ups.

 

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and analytical mindset, capable of navigating through various sales scenarios.
  • Passion for technology and innovation within the industry.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and ascend within a sales organization.

 

Preferred skills:

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM software.
  • Prior experience as an SDR with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Knowledge or experience in SaaS and the construction industry.
